What that means for you
- One number, whatever the problem
- A price confirmed before a truck is dispatched, not quoted at the driveway
- Contractors certified for the work they are doing, including manufacturer certification on aerobic units
- Someone who has read both sets of rules properly and can tell you which one your address falls under before you spend anything
Why we lead with the rules. Volusia is the only county in this network where two separate state requirements reach the same homeowner base from opposite directions. On the west side, three springs protection areas — DeLeon, Volusia Blue and Gemini — now turn a repair permit into an upgrade on lots of an acre or less. On the southeast side, the Indian River Lagoon Protection Program sets a July 2030 deadline. The boundaries are drawn on maps, not along roads, and plenty of addresses sit closer to a line than their owners realize. The plain-language version
What we don't do. We don't sell tank additives or "septic treatments" off the truck. We don't recommend a replacement before somebody has diagnosed the problem. We don't quote an upgrade for a property until we have checked which rule applies to that address and whether a funded sewer connection changes the answer — that check is free and it can change the job entirely. And we don't put grant money in an estimate we haven't confirmed is still available.
On tenure. We are new here and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What we offer is a clear price, licensed contractors, and a straight answer about which rule reaches your property. Judge the first job on its own terms.
All work is performed by local licensed, permitted Florida-registered septic tank contractors. Contractor license numbers are provided on every estimate.
